是利用太陽光碳弧燈(照射幅度交流電壓50V，交流電流60A)，仿真產品在隨環境氣候溫濕組合條件下，自身適應能力與特性是否會發生如龜裂、破損等改變的試驗。
車漆通常以某種形式狀態暴露在外界，受到紫外線、雨水、霜露、氧、熱等各種化學、物理、光學性的侵蝕。耐候性測試，針對我公司漆面膜層進行外觀的光澤、附著性、硬度等性能，在周圍環境因子的各種影響和侵蝕下的承受力進行考核。通過測試前後的結果差異進行產品評價，是產品耐候性的綜合性能評價的重要測試方式。
